is designed to teach children lessons of charity & compassion while
raising money and awareness for important causes.

The goal of each MOOPS & SASSY episode is to effectively use the
power of entertainment to teach kids and their parents about the great
work of your charity.

Working closely with our Charity Partners, our creative team writes and
produces a state-of-the-art MOOPS & SASSY episode that:
A. explains the issue (blindness, hunger, disabilities etc)
B. shows what people are doing to help those affected
C. honors the great humanitarians dedicated to the cause

At the end of each episode audiences will hear a message like:
"Hey Heroes! To learn more about people who need wheelchairs ask your
parents to help you visit our website at www.MoopsAndSassy.com.”
The MOOPS & SASSY website will have info about our Charity Partners
and links to your website and those of your sponsors.
Your special MOOPS & SASSY episode will be seen on:
– most PBS stations (available in 96 million homes) beginning late Fall 2014
– online on CARTOONIUM, YouTube’s new kids channel
– the Video-On-Demand network KABILLION – available in over 60
million homes

FUNDRAISING WITH YOUR MOOPS & SASSY TV EPISODE

Charity Partners receive a 10% Royalty — paid annually — on revenue
derived from the sale of all MOOPS & SASSY merchandise based on the
intellectual property developed exclusively for their TV episode. This
includes the sale of DVDs, CD, books, toys, games, clothes etc.

Charity Partners are also granted exclusive rights to sell MOOPS &
SASSY CHARITY FUNDRAISING DVDs directly to their Charity
benefactors. The Special Fundraising DVD Program has a minimum
purchase commitment of 2,000 units @ $6.00 each. DVDs are priced to
be sold at $20.00 each.

Our goal is to maximize the licensing & merchandising potential of
MOOPS & SASSY — and share the financial benefits with our Charity
Partners. Our marketing team will be developing Dynamic Corporate
Fundraising Programs with the nation's leading, socially conscious
companies to help raise funds for our Charity Partners.
