JESSUP SOUNDS SCHEDULE CHANGE
Jessup sounds meeting times have changed to the following…
6th grade Jessup Sounds will now meet on Monday mornings from 7:50 a.m.-8:20 a.m. in the music room.
5th grade Jessup Sounds will now meet on Tuesday mornings from 7:50 a.m.-8:20 a.m. in the music room.
CLASS PICTURES AND INDIVIDUAL RETAKES
Class pictures and individual re-takes will be on Tuesday, November 4th. Order forms for class pictures and retakes will be handed out at Parent Teacher Conferences. Extras will be in the office if needed. If you are
having re-takes done please be sure to bring back the unwanted photo package.
CHOCOLATE FUNDRAISER
The World's Finest Chocolate Fundraiser will begin on November 4th. Jessup PTO will receive 50% of the
proceeds, which in turn will be used to benefit your kids in the classroom and otherwise. The sale will end on
November 17th (all order forms and money will be due on November 17th). The chocolate will arrive shortly
after Thanksgiving, which will allow plenty of time for delivery before the holidays.
HALLOWEEN PARTY
The class Halloween parties will be on Wednesday, October 29th from 11:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. No costumes
will be worn at school for these parties. Students may wear them to the school carnival.
THANKSGIVING LUNCH
The nutrition services Thanksgiving lunch will be offered on Thursday, November 20th. ORDERS MUST BE
PRE-PAID per Nutrition Services. See the attached flyer for information and order form.
CHANGING WEATHER
Please make sure your student comes to school dressed for our ever changing Wyoming weather. We only keep
students inside when the weather is zero degrees or below!

Book Club
Jessup Elementary School has a wonderful Book Club that allows you to honor your
student in a lasting way that lets the whole school know how much you care!
Just fill out the form below and return it to the office with a donation of $5 or more.
Your student will be celebrated in the Library and allowed to choose a favorite book in
which their name and picture will be placed for all to see for years to come. Your
student will be given a fun button to announce to the world that he or she is a Jessup
Book Club member. Additionally, an announcement with your student’s name and
picture will go on the Library Book Club Bulletin Board by the Office!
This is also an excellent way to honor a special teacher, staff person, or administrator
on their special day! This money is used exclusively to buy the new books that the
students are requesting and are excited to read. Support your students! Support
reading! Support your Library!
