Stenograph Rent-to-Own Agreement Stenograph, LLC rents the Wave® student machine to the student named below and the student agrees to the terms listed in this Agreement. Upon completion of nine payments plus your Down Payment, you will own the writer. You may convert the Rent-to-Own Agreement to an outright purchase agreement earlier by paying the difference in price between what has been paid and the Purchase Conversion Price of the writer shown above. This Agreement may not be transferred. The Agreement will be terminated should you fail to make appropriate payment. Rental may be reinstated within 10 business days by making a payment. Failure to do so will result in a termination of this Agreement. This Agreement is cancellable by you any time after you make the first Quarterly Payment by requesting a Return Authorization number (RA#) from Stenograph and returning the writer and all accessories in its original packaging using a Stenograph pre-paid shipping voucher. A $27 return shipping fee, a $55 inspection fee and any Quarterly Payments not yet received will be deducted from your Down Payment to cover costs. After the writer has been inspected at our factory and any lost, repaired or missing components are replaced or repaired, the cost of which may also be deducted from your Down Payment, we will return the balance of your Down Payment to you within 30 days of receipt of the equipment.
