Dibble, RDR, CRR, CBC, CCP Saturday -- TRAIN NCRA President Sarah Nageotte, RDR, CRR, CBC Sarah Nageotte currently works as an official court reporter for the United States District Court, Northern District of Ohio. Prior to her current position, she had been an official reporter in the Common Pleas Courts of both Pennsylvania and Ohio since 1998. Sarah is a member of the Ohio Court Reporters Association (OCRA). In 2008, she received OCRA’s Distinguished Service Award. Sarah has served on OCRA’s Board of Directors, current and past OCRA committees and task forces, as well as numerous current and past NCRA committees and task forces. She has made presentations to the county bar association, the Ohio Judicial Conference, and during NCRA and state association conventions. Director Sue A. Terry, RPR, CRR Sue A. Terry, who holds the professional certifications of Registered Professional Reporter (RPR) and Certified Realtime Reporter (CRR), has been a court reporter since 1975. Throughout her career, she has reported arbitrations, court proceedings, conventions, administrative hearings, public utility hearings, large environmental cases, patent cases, tobacco cases, and other cases with highly technical or medical testimony. As a trainer, Terry has helped many reporters make the transition to realtime reporting by improving their translation rates and assisting them with mastering the use of CAT software. During the 1980s, she taught at the Stenotype Institute. At the national level, Terry currently serves as co-chair of NCRA's Technology Evaluation Committee, and is a member of its TRAIN Committee (Taking Realtime Awareness and Innovation Nationwide). Terry is a past president of the Ohio Court Reporters Association (OCRA), and the StenoCAT Users Group, and is the recipient of both groups' Distinguished Service Award. She has also served on advisory committees for the Gigatron Software Corporation, LiveNote for the Thompson West Corp., and for the Clark State Community College of Court Reporting. Director Debra A. Dibble, RDR, CRR, CBC, CCP Debra A. Dibble, a 24-year veteran in the court and deposition arena, from Woodland, Utah, has worked as a deposition reporter in Salt Lake City since 2002. She holds the professional certifications of Registered Diplomate Reporter (RDR), Certified Realtime Reporter (CRR), Certified Broadcast Captioner (CBC), and Certified CART Provider (CCP). Dibble has also worked as a reporter in Memphis, Tenn., and as captioner and CART provider since 2010. At the national level, Dibble has served as an NCRA Chief Examiner and was involved in the development of NCRA's TRAIN (Taking Realtime Awareness and Innovation Nationwide) program. She served as a delegate to the National Committee of State Associations from 2008 to 2012. In 2010, the Utah Court Reporters Association (UCRA) honored her with its Distinguished Service Award. Dibble has also served in numerous volunteer positions at the state level including as a director for the Western District of Tennessee and is a past director and president of the UCRA.
