Nick Notes By Nick Clarke Today I find it hard to think of what to jot down in Nick’s column. Worst of all, nobody looks at it anyway. You all think it’s rubbish. It is. I admit. But today look at it, It is odd. Why? you Rotarians must work it out. In fact, I will put six dollars (not four but six) in Roy’s hat for the Rotarian who finds out why it is so odd. The flow? Skill? How boring it is? (Always is?) As usual, I can’t think of anything good to say. Nothing unusual from Friday until today. Nobody ran off with J. It did not rain or or snow. No virus has hit our town.It didn’t rain. (I just said that, didn’t I?) My dog Bill was not hit by a car. Our cat is missing but It’ll turn up. Oh, I shut my PO box. Had it in 1972. And I did four Bikram (hot) yogas. What’s it to you, I may ask. How many of you actually look at my column? Sadly not many folks look at it at all. Why did nobody ask about ‘Is it the Truth’ that my skill and cunning laid out (last column)?. Today this column took lot’s of that. skill and cunning that is. Also, lots of thought. My brain now hurts a lot. tons of cutting and pasting. What did I miss? Nothing. Must knock off and go upstairs. It was hard. You say "what took so much working out?”. Ask old Hal. It’s his job.
