We offer our members tools for professional as well as personal growth. Of course, we could not do all this without continued support from the community. Your support allows us to continue to conduct professional and educational monthly meetings for our members and guests. It also allows us to provide funds towards our construction career scholarship program. This year our chapter will focus on participation in various community outreach programs, such as SkillsUSA and STEM, to encourage young ladies to pursue a career in the construction industry. Those of you who have given in the past may be familiar with our annual fundraiser. It is one of the largest events our chapter oversees and we have repeatedly been overwhelmed by the show of support we’ve received during this event by way of donations and sponsorships. This year, however, Chapter #105 has been chosen to host a regional event right here in Milwaukee! NAWIC members from all over the Midwest will be downtown for a weekend long, annual planning conference. This very exciting reason is why we’ve chosen to forgo our traditional fundraiser event this year and offer our donors a different type of giving incentive.
