Jungheinrich Retrak reach trucks are used
wherever space conditions are particularly confined and where heavy loads are to be raised to
high lift heights. The Jungheinrich Retrak, apart
from its excellent performance, is also very
economical.
Driver’s Compartment: The driver’s compartment, through generous dimensioning, ensures
a comfortable body positure and ergonomic
back support. Excellent all round visibility and
low noise levels.
Seat: The combined backrest/seat area adjustment provides improved visibility of the load at
great lift heights. Hydraulic cushioning reduces
stress from jolts and vibrations.
Pedals: Automotive type arrangement.
Instruments: Display and setting instrument
LISA (LC information and service display) for
warning displays, for setting important driving
and lifting parameters and for the storage of
service information. Operating hour meter and
battery discharge monitor fitted as standard.
Steering: Fully electrical steering with steering
wheel diameter of 200 mm ensures optimum
ease of operation. Each steering wheel movement
leads to a defined drive wheel position.
Hydraulic Lever SOLO-PILOT: A single lever
for lifting, lowering, reach, tilting and sideshifting
permits particularly fast stacking and retrieval
ISO-9001, ISO-14001 Certification of Quality and
Environment Management.

Drive: 5.4 kW (1 hour rating) shunt wound
motor with high overload capacity. Optional AC
asynchronous motor with 6.0 kW (1 hour rating)
capacity. 2 years warranty on both motors.
Hydraulics: Powerful series wound motor with
11.5 kW (15 % rating) capacity and low noise
internally geared pump. Optional AC asynchronous motor with 12 kW (15 % rating) capacity.
Electric proportional technology permits quiet
and sensitive operation of the hydraulic functions.
Multiple operation during lifting and lowering
cuts stacking and retrieval time.
Battery: 48 Volt (DIN 43 531-B) 360/420,
480/560 and 600/700 Ah (750 Ah high power).
While the battery is unlocked, travel is only
possible at reduced speed for safety reasons.
Drive and Hydraulic control: DC travel and
hydraulic control as standard. AC control
optional. Power transistors control the motors
with high pulse frequencies in an energy saving
and noiseless manner. The drive control permits
jerk-free starting and strong acceleration. Adjustable energy feedback on releasing the drive
pedal through regenerative braking. In addition,
crawl speed may be selected. Energy reclamation
during lowering of the forks extends the battery
operating time (optional).
Wheels: Drive wheel dia. 343 x 114 mm, load
wheels dia. 285 x 100 mm. Drive wheel and load
wheels with Vulkollan tyres.
Brake: Three independent braking systems
fitted as standard:
1. Regenerative braking through releasing the
drive pedal or reversal of travel direction
Panorama Mast: The mast provides excellent
visibility of the forks, load and reach legs. Cold
drawn sections from 7100 mm lift height onwards
have high surface strength and permit high
capacities. Two-stage and three-stage masts are
available. Standard lift heights up to 10,250 mm.
The patented mast reach cushioning (on ETV only)
at great lift heights permits fast stacking and
retrieval. Mast tilt is standard. Fork tilt optional
from 6200 mm.
Easy Servicing: Drive and electronics cover can
be opened quickly and easily for servicing and
maintenance work. Carbon brush wear display
is standard. Easy servicing through LISA as fault
messages are being saved.
Optional Extras: Integral sideshift, height display,
cold store design, battery charging systems,
double pedal for drive function.
Safety: The trucks conform to the EU Guidelines
C for fork lift trucks.
