Students must bring their band shoes (guard shoes). Students should bring a jacket to wear after the performance. 2. Students must bring money for dinner at the tournament. 3. Arriving late/leaving early. Students must notify Mr. James in advance if you will arrive late or leave early. i. STUDENTS LEAVING WITH THEIR PARENT(S): 1. Check in with Mr. James 30 minutes after the performance before you leave. ii. STUDENTS WISHING TO LEAVE WITH A CHAPERON (ADULT OTHER THAN YOUR PARENT) 1. Permission to leave with a chaperon must be received by the Friday before the competition in either and email or written note. The chaperon must be designated by name. You must check in with Mr. James before leaving with your group. All students must leave as a group with the chaperon. www.echsgoldenpride.org
