will remain unchanged till the stage where the eligible Card number is provided. After this stage the website
will recognize the eligible Card, reduce the bill amount and inform the transacting eligible Card holder
accordingly
The offer cannot be combined with any other benefit or offer
This offer is available ONLY on BIG Cinemas Website i.e. on online purchase of movie entry tickets on BIG
Cinemas website www.bigcinemas.com/in/ and not via any other ticketing sites
Tickets are subject to availability of seats
The offer is not valid on bookings made at BIG Cinemas ticket counters
There is a limit of four (4) tickets per debit card per calendar month on the numbers of tickets booked by a
cardholder during the offer period but there is no limit on the price of the ticket booked. If the quota is
unutilized i.e. tickets for maximum 4 a month as mentioned above, the same shall not be carried forward for the
next month.
The discount is valid for the first 2000 tickets booked per calendar month using the YES BANK Debit Card
The Cardholder will have to pay the convenience fee as levied on each ticket
The offer cannot be combined with any offer/discounts/promotions at the theaters available on
www.bigcinemas.com/in/
This offer will neither be valid for any special shows / premier conducted by / at Alliance Partner’s
theatre/multiplexes nor redeemable at Premium Screens i.e. Ebony lounge and Cine-Diner, 180 degrees
category, Metro Ebony lounge, TGIP, Himalaya Ebony lounge
Other General Terms and Conditions









Only valid transactions will be considered for the offer. Validity of a transaction shall be at sole discretion of the
Bank. If the Customer reverses his/her transaction for any reason, he/she shall be disqualified from the benefit
under this Offer
Customers are eligible for the offer only as long as their Debit cards and Savings/Current accounts are
valid and in good standing on the day the items offered are given to the customer
Date and time of a transaction will be the date and time of such transaction as recorded automatically in
the system of YES BANK, irrespective of the date and time at which the transaction is carried out by the
Customer and all claims to the contrary shall not be considered by YES BANK
Taxes as per the provisions of Income Tax Act 1961 or any other Central Government Act or State Government
Act will be borne by the Customer and the YES BANK will have the right to deduct/recover the tax amount
from the Customer’s account, and the Customer consents for the same
Nothing herein amounts as a commitment by YES BANK to conduct further, similar or other schemes/ offer.
YES BANK will not be held responsible for any injury/loss/damage that may arise out of use or otherwise
of any service availed of by the Customer under this offer
The offer is not available wherever prohibited and / or cannot be offered for any reason whatsoever. The Bank
shall be entitled, at its sole discretion, to cancel the offer where such prohibition is applicable and / or cannot be
offered for any reason whatsoever
Customers will not use their accounts as payment for any illegal purchase/purpose
Customers acknowledge that YES BANK remains entitled to assign any or all activities in connection with
this offer to any third party agency at its sole discretion. The Customers further acknowledge the right and
discretion of YES BANK to provide details of their account, including those of any add-on Customer(s), to
third party agencies for the purpose of availing of support services of any nature by the YES BANK, without
any specific consentor authorization from them and /or any add-on Customers and the Customers consent
for the same.
The existence of a dispute, if any, regarding offer shall not constitute a claim against YES BANK.
All disputes arising out of or in connection with this offer shall be settled by Arbitration to be held in
accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 and referred to a sole arbitrator to be
nominated by YES BANK. The venue for arbitration shall be Mumbai and subject to the jurisdiction of courts at
Mumbai
The decision of the BANK in all matters in connection with an incidental to this offer is final and shall be binding
on all persons.
These terms and conditions are in addition and not in derogation to general terms and conditions of YES
BANK for Account opening and MasterCard/VISA Debit card issuance.




