FENRIS og undervisning
FENRIS lukker. INF arbejder
på et nyt og bedre system til
registrering af undervisning
fra og med forårssemestret
2015.
PhD forsvar og reception
Institutledelsen har besluttet
at denne udgift ikke længere
betales af instituttet. PhD
forsvar på INF annonceres i
ugebrevet samt på vores
hjemmeside. Vejleder sender
besked til Tine Olsen så det
kan annonceres i tide.
Annoncering via ”alle-mail”
bør undgås.
SUND Funding News
SUND Forskning og
Innovation udsender
månedligt et nyhedsbrev på
engelsk med oplysninger om
aktuelle opslag og anden
fonds relateret information.
INF har tilmeldt alle
videnskabelige ansatte til at
modtage nyhedsbrevet.

Kompetencefonden
Fonden uddeler igen i år
midler til medarbejderes
efteruddannelse. Deadline er
23. april 2015. Institutledelsen forventer at
medarbejder og arbejds-leder
har afholdt MUS og
udarbejdet udviklingsplan.
Denne danner grundlag for
drøftelse af kompetenceønske og finansiering.

INF årsmøde afholdes i år den
4. m arts på BRIC.
Mødet begynder kl. 13 og vi håber at
se jer alle til posters, highlights fra
året der gik og ikke mindst, god mad
og vin.

DFF Postdoc Applicant´s
workshop
Workshoppen er åben for ansøgere, der her i foråret ønsker at søge
DFF om midler til et individuelt
postdoc stipendium eller MOBILEX
mobilitetsstipendium.
Workshoppen er målrettet sidste
års Ph.D-studerende og yngre
postdocs.
Workshoppen inkluderer forskere
udenfor KU, med SUND som vært.

uge og 3 dage i SUND-supporten

PhD defense and reception
The Institute Management
has decided that this expense is
no longer paid by the Institute.
PhD defense at DNP is
advertised in the weekly news
mail and on the website. The
supervisor sends a message
to Tine Olsen, so it can be
advertised in time.
Advertising through “all mail”
should be avoided.
Grant applications
The Department’s homepage
has been updated with new
information about grant
applications (see here),
including the procedure in place
for getting the Head of
Department’s signature
(mandatory for all grant
applications!), and information
about the Department’s
Application Mentor. Links to
open applications are in place .

SUND Funding News
SUND Research and Innovation
publishes monthly a newsletter
on English with information on
current openings and other
funding-related information.
INF have signed all scientific
employees to receive
the newsletter.

FENRIS and teaching
FENRIS closes. DNP is working
on a new and better system for
recording lessons from spring
semester 2015.
The Qualification Fund
The fund distributes money
for staff training. Deadline is
April 23, 2015.
The Institute Management
expects that the employee
and supervisor have had MUS
and made a development plan
as basis for discussion of
competence plan and financing.

Annual Meeting for DNP
Save the date.
This year’s DNP annual meeting
is on the 4th of March at
BRIC. The meeting starts at 1
pm and we hope to see you all
for posters, scientific highlights
from 2014, and, of course, good
food and wine.

DFF postdoc applicant’s
workshop
The workshop is open to
applicants, who this spring
wish to apply for funding from
DFF for an individual
postdoctoral grant or a MOBILEX
mobility grant.
The workshop is for last year
PhD students and young
postdocs and includes
researchers outside UC, with the
Faculty as host.

Will from this year service
INF 2 days per week and 3 days
at the SUND-support room 9.2.
