WE MUST PLAN FOR SUCCESS IN
2011
Great performances need clear and precisely
planned training.
 Preparing athletes is very much a management
problem that needs you and your ‘team’ working
together.
 Our aim: Athletes do the right work in the right
amount at the right time and seize the right
opportunity when the right circumstances occur.
 Setting the right goal is the first step in every
great achievement. Surrey needs you to do that!




There are always new challenges but

help.
Just how successful you are depends on
you being fit, prepared & top of age
group.
So ..How good are you planning at
SETTING AND WORKING TO NEW
GOALS?
Use Today to POLISH YOUR
ROUTINES FOR BIG RACE SUCCESS
in the weeks ahead!
It’s the WILL TO WIN that matters……….
Not everyone has that.
It’s the WILL TO PREPARE TO WIN that matters…..
Certainly not everyone has that.
BEFORE WE START– Important advice

If you are injured NOW or during the day let us know

You do not do anything that you are unhappy or
advised not to do by your coach.

After each activity athletes MUST WARM DOWN

Today will be a challenge. But if you are not preparing
well and others are …they would have an advantage.

The aim is to SUPPORT YOU & YOUR COACH in
YOUR countdown to further success and to make you
MORE MOTIVATED for the tough challenges ahead.
CONGRATULATIONS.
MAKE TODAY THE START
OF YOUR NEXT STEP
FORWARD TO BEING AN
ESTABLISHED SURREY
ELITE!
