Challenge
Life insurance provider for small businesses/independents
Pilot the program in to increase the internal efficiency – to cope with the volume growth
and reduce the support from other departments (life insurance to individuals, experts)
Impact
▪ Increased efficiency with 20%
▪ Improved motivation of people working in the department
How I came
to be on the
project
The Engagement Manager from Brussels called me and asked me to join the project
because he heard about my skills and knowledge (I had done 1 similar project before).
After a few calls with staffing, checking my other options, I was confirmed on the study.
My growth
and
development
▪ During this project, I developed my people skills – managing client team
▪
members, coaching management, and creating a fun team atmosphere
Furthermore, I learned in detail about life insurances (the different types)
and how they are sold (agents and back-office)
