Claimants must retain their original purchase receipt as proof of purchase. Failure to produce the proof of purchase for all claims when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of ALL of a claimant’s claims and forfeiture of any right to an offer. 8. The value of the cash back is AUD $10.00 per valid 5L bottle. For example, if three (3) bottles are purchased during the promotion period, then the cashback claim would equal $30. The cost of each claimant’s original postage to submit the claim will be the responsibility of the claimant and will not be added to the refund. 9. More than one (1) cash back claim is permitted per household and per receipt. That is, multiple entries are permitted. 10. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any lost, stolen, damaged, late or misdirected entries or for any delays or failures in any delivery service or equipment. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid. 11. Claims received after 11:59pm AEDST Friday 5th November 2014 will not be accepted. 12. Claimants will only be notified if there is an issue with their submission. All claims are subject to verification check by the Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of all claims and claimants (including a claimant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any claimant who submits a claim that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the claim process. Errors and omissions will be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. 14. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible claims will be invalid. 15. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any claimant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate. 16. Valvoline (Australia) Pty Limited (ABN 86 000 446 855) collects your personal information (name, address, email, contact number and bank account details) when you submit an entry to this promotion. We collect this personal information for the purposes of your entry into the promotion. We may also record your personal information on our database so that we can inform you of Valvoline products which we reasonably believe you may be interested in. If we have requested personal information from you and you do not provide it, we may not be able to submit a valid entry into the promotion.
