Hotel Room Reservations Hilton Head Marriott Resort and Spa • • • • • • • • • • • 100 Rooms are ready to be reserved. There are two ways: over the phone and online. The easiest way is to call 1-800-228-9290. Tell the representative you are with the “Marine Corps RTR Ball” to get the room at the group/government rate. You can also go to www.marriot.com and search for the hotel. To reserve your rooms online, use code RTRRTRA under “Group Code” to receive the government rate. The Government rate is currently about $109, but that will change when the room is paid for. Government rates are released annually in September, so the final paid price in November will be different than the quoted price at the time the reservation is made. “Resort View“ (non ocean view/ocean front) rooms are at the government rate. “Ocean View” rooms are at the government rate plus $20 per room. “Ocean Front” rooms are at the government rate plus $40 per room. Check-in time is 1600 on 10 November (cocktail hour starts at 1700). You can always request an early check-in, but it is not guaranteed. Check-out time is 1100 on 11 November. If you want to stay an additional night, the normal room rates will apply. 16 Mementos • Every one in attendance will receive a key chain and a shot glass. 17 Questions? 18
