Device system information available
As AT&T expands the LTE network
and new features become available,
device firmware updates may be
needed to take advantage of these
new features–for example, to enable
AT&T HD VoiceSM.1
As company administrator, to help
you manage device firmware
updates, you can view system
information on the Premier
homepage and the View Account
Information page. You can now view:
Clearly see your
system information.
• Operating system
• Operating system version
• IMEI software version

• If a firmware update is required, depending on the device, the user can do one
of the following:
- Update through iTunes®.2
- In the device Settings, tap Updates.
- Tap the update popup.
• As new device features and functionality are enabled through firmware
updates, more choices may be visible in Premier Online Care on the Change
Rate Plan or Change Features pages.
• For information about HD Voice, including AT&T HD VoiceSM capable devices
and coverage maps, see www.att.com/hdvoice.
