meal as part of our culinary workshop series!

diabetes management class here in the store. The
classes are FREE and each participant will take
home recipes, tips and prizes. Sign up is required
with Jenna, your in-store dietitian. *Don’t’ wait

Wednesday Healthy Holiday Cooking: 3-5pm
