CV/RESUME Mathies has a 3-year Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture and Urban Design. His interests are related to adapting the cities to climate change, urban forestry and mobility planning. During his studies at the University of Copenhagen he has been developed a profile of an landscape architect. Besides the academic background, he has a great interest in the traditional craft of watchmaking. This interest resulted a few years ago in a startup in the forms of a danish based watch company specialized in development and production of mechanical wristwatches. This summer Mathies starts his Master degree at University of Copenhagen with specialization in Green Space Management. At arki_lab Mathies is taking part in educational projects with a special focus on development of arki_lab’s teaching and learning tools.
