A motivational initiative of Ministry of Rural Development,
Govt. of India, with Jammu & Kashmir Entrepreneurship
Development Institute (JKEDI), aims at providing sustainable
livelihood to 30,000 youth of J&K by enhancing their
entrepreneurial skills and providing them access to
Institutional Finance over a period of 3 Years.

official of any nationalized bank with at least 6

Processing Fee
1% of the sanctioned amount
Business activities
Food processing units, agriallied activities like ( sheep,
poultry, dairy farming, beekeeping, mushroom cultivation
etc.), retail trading, small scale manufacturing units,
service centres like electronics, automobile workshop,
tourism related activities, handicraft units, load carriers
/auto rickshaw, short distance passenger vehicles and
other activities subject to their business viability.
*Income certificate from the concerned Tehsildar showing yearly family income below Rs 81,000/ and Rs
103,000 in rural and urban areas respectively for candidates covered under NMDF scheme is required.
