This means if our staff are running late, we
will still honour your booking time and fulfil
your service. If you are running late, we will
do our very best to do the full service within

Cancellations
Life can be a real pain at times and we
know that now and then things don’t
work out as planned. When you book an
appointment at URSK, we allocate that
time just for you. If someone else calls
and wants to book the same time-slot, we
politely turn them down, as this space has
been reserved especially for you.
