Formation & getting results from the team may
be appointed as Business Development
Manager. They will be responsible to organize a
team of Five Assistant Development Managers.
Monthly Field Allowance – B.D.M. will get
` 15000/- M.F.A. on generating Business of ` 2.5
Lakhs from his Total Team.
Marketing People having a Team of minimum
Five Business Associates may be appointed as
Assistant Development Managers. They will be
responsible to generate a team of Five New
Business Associates directly or indirectly in every
month and to get generated a sale of ` 10000 from
each Business Associates.
Monthly Field Allowance – A.D.M. will get
` 10000/- M.F.A. on keeping his all Business
Associates active or giving equal Business.
Business Associate who give at least sale of
` 10000 and introduce one New Business
Associate, in a month will be deemed active.
Inactivity for 3 consecutive months will debar him
from team formation.
Business Associate who will generate a Team of
5+25=30 Business Associates & a business of
` 3 Lakhs will be promoted as Assistant
Development Manager and will be eligible to
