from 2013 when we had 403 listings. Land sales year –
to- date ending October 31, 2014: there were 55 sales,
in 2013 there were 48 sales, in 2012 there were 54 sales
and in 2011 there were 71 sales. With the current sales
pace this represents an seventy-eight month supply.

Once again we are in the Local Election fever and
yet again affordable housing comes up. If we can get
some long term good paying jobs on the Sunshine
Coast this question will be answered for many. The

The coast goes thru cycles created by a boom in the
construction industry every 6 to 7 years. We could
level this out with the creation of sustainable industry

how they intend to support the creation of sustainable
industry.

looking back at lost oppurtunities.
