Reviews and Clinical Updates, 2014” which will be held from 28th of October to 1st
of November, 2014 at Beach Rotana Hotel, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The
conference is sponsored by Abu Dhabi Health Services (SEHA) and the American
College of Physicians.
The conference provides an extensive program that is designed to provide the

Rheumatology, Psychiatry, Surgery and Neurology.
Through a culmination of collective efforts, the conference will convene over a
five-day program and present a high-level scientific content with major updates
and state-of-the art presentations delivered by international and regional keynote
speakers.
The conference is intended for all healthcare professionals, including doctors in
Internal Medicine and Pediatrics and all related subspecialties, General Practitioners,
Family Physicians, Medical Residents and Fellows, as well as Allied Health professionals.

Note: All logos will be compliant to brand usage
guidelines provided by pharmaceutical companies. Logo
exposure are subject to the sponsorship tier privelages.
Logo exposure will be categorized from diamond to
exhibition at a 15% size reduction on collateral exposing all
sponsors.

Sponsorship Guidelines
Exhibition Booth
In order to ensure a hassle-free exhibition area assembly
and sponsoring companies satisfaction we require
from all sponsors to provide us with snapshots of their
exhibition stands for pre-approval.
Upon finalising DiaEdu will allocate the floorplan
according to exhibitors ensuring the most optimal exposure
for all companies participating.
All sponsors are required to be compliant with the exhibition
areas allocated to them in relation to their sponsorship tier
privelages.
Event Registration
ECME provides a sponsors lounge where upon
logging in companies will be able to view their registered
delegates and obtain all conference relevant information
including the location map, conference program, hotel
information and conference floorplan containing their
dedicated area of exhibition.
Note: All sponsorsing companies obtaining free delegate
passes can purchase further delegated passes for AED
2200 per delegate. Furthermore, company representative
passes above free tier can be purchased for AED 3500
per company rep. We require sponsoring companies to
comply with data input of their delegation details using the
