Danny Adno has more than 12 years’ experience as a transactional and
advisory corporate and commercial lawyer with a focus on mergers and
acquisitions. Danny assists clients with buying and selling shares and assets,
corporate re-organisations, private equity transactions, joint ventures, capital

raisings and exits and has been engaged by clients to advise, negotiate and
prepare a range of commercial contracts. Danny’s appointment further
enhances the commercial and corporate advisory capability of Polczynski
Lawyers.
Georgina Wu has 10 years’ experience as a lawyer having worked in Shanghai
as a corporate and commercial lawyer and for the past 6 years as a
commercial disputes lawyer in Sydney. Georgina is fluent in Mandarin and

service to Chinese clients.
Monique Cowden has more than 5 years’ experience as a commercial disputes
lawyer at a top-tier firm as well as having undertaken a 6 month secondment
at Qantas. Monique was the winner of the 2013 Lawyers Weekly Best 30
Under 30 in the Dispute Resolution category and the winner of the same
