The International Conference on Electrical Engineering (ICEE) aims to be a premium forum for sharing information, creative ideas, expert
knowledge and experience among electrical engineers of the world. Since 1995, ICEE has been successfully held once a year. The Hong
Kong Institution of Engineers (HKIE) is pleased to announce ICEE 2015 will be held from 5 to 9 July 2015 in Hong Kong. The theme of the
ICEE 2015 is “Sustainable Electrical Engineering to 3rd Industrial Revolution”. We shall also invite Prof. Venkatesh Narayanamurti of Havard
University as our keynote speaker. It is a great pleasure for the HKIE, together with co-organisers, The Chinese Society of Electrical
Engineering (CSEE), The Institute of Electrical Engineers of Japan (IEEJ) and The Korean Institute of Electrical Engineers (KIEE), to invite
potential authors to submit quality papers to be referred in the following areas:
Topic 1: Power Systems
Topic 2: Power Systems and Information Technology

All submitted papers (Abstract and Full Paper) will be reviewed by the ICEE 2015 Programme Committee, which is formed by the
hosting organisation – The HKIE. English is the official language and will be adopted in all the publications and presentations. It is to
be noted that after ICEE 2015 conference, excellent papers will be selected for further submission to the Journal of ICEE for on-line
publishing.
Submission of Abstracts:
All abstracts with contact details should be submitted via the Online Abstract Form (which is available at the ICEE 2015 website
http://www.hkie.org.hk/icee2015) on or before 31 December 2014. The Abstract should be less than 500 words. Submission shall
include the correspondence author, other authors, the keywords, intended categarisation of the paper and the preference of ‘Oral’ or
‘Poster’ presentation. The correspondence author will be notified by E-mail regarding the acceptance/rejection of the proposed paper
and the presentation format (‘Oral’ or ‘Poster’) by 2 February 2015. Author’s kit will be available at the ICEE 2015 website.
Submission of Full Papers:
Full papers should be submitted on-line via the ICEE 2015 website on or before 1 April 2015. The length of the paper shall be less than
6 pages (A4 size). The correspondence author will be notified by E-mail regarding the acceptance/rejection of the proposed paper by
4 May 2015. At least one author of the paper is required to register for the conference on or before 1 June 2015. Presentation and
publication are subject to full payment of the registration fee. Each registered author can publish up to 2 papers in the Proceedings.
Authors are assumed to have given consent and authorised the Organiser to publish the abstract and full paper, and to include them
in any conference publications (in printed or/and electronic form). All registrations should be made via the online programme at the
ICEE 2015 website.
