There will be lots of events and fun seasonal things to do. Girls Night Out is Wednesday, December 3rd, 6:30 p.m. at Echo Valley. It’s the 7th anniversary of Girls Night Out and will be a great event as always. We will be pulling the Placer FFA kids again this year in the Festival of Lights Parade in December. We might add another EVR truck or 2 just for fun. We will be closed November 27th for Thanksgiving. I know some people will be cooking those delicious turkeys from the fair that day, can’t wait! Persimmons, pomegranates, walnuts and mandarins should be arriving soon. Holiday baking is one of our employees’ favorite pastimes. Remember the Mandarin Festival on November 21st at the Gold Country Fairgrounds. There is a good supply of alfalfa, orchard/alfalfa, orchard grass and grain hays. The only hay we have been short on is good meadow grass, but we should have enough through December.
