CHECKING ACCOUNTS:
Q:
Can I still use my Peoples Bank of the Ozarks Debit/ATM card?
A:
Yes. You can continue using your current Peoples Bank of the Ozarks Debit/ATM card. As your card
expires it will be reissued by Southern Bank. You will receive notification prior to receiving a new card with
instructions on when to quit using your Peoples Bank of the Ozarks card and how to activate your new
Southern Bank card.
Q: I have my debit card number linked to other accounts (such as cable or cell phone).
This payment comes out automatically each month. Do I need to do anything?

A: No, your debit card number will not change at this time. When you receive your new Southern Bank
card you will need to update all recurring payments at this time.
Can I continue to use my Peoples Bank of the Ozarks checks?
Yes, we will continue to honor Peoples Bank of the Ozarks checks. When it is time to reorder checks,
bring your reorder slip to your local branch or call us for further instructions.
Q:Will the interest rates, balance requirements and fees be different on my new
checking/money market account?
A: The requirements and fees will remain the same or be more favorable for you.

Q:Will the direct deposits and automatic payments I have set up through my Peoples Bank
of the Ozarks checking/money market account automatically be switched over to my new
Southern Bank checking account?
A:Yes.
Q:
Will my overdraft/non-sufficient funds charges stay the same?
A:
No, the overdraft/Non-sufficient funds fees will decrease from $30/transaction to $25/transaction.

Will all Peoples Bank of the Ozarks branches and ATM locations remain open?
A:
Yes, all branches and ATM locations will remain open.
Q:
Will the lobby/drive-thru hours change?
A:
The hours at each branch will remain the same.
CERTIFICATES OF DEPOSIT:
Q: Will the interest rate or maturity date change on my CD?
A:
No. Your current CD will remain the same, however, at maturity your rate could change.
You will be notified in the maturity notice of any rate changes.
Q:Do I need to bring my CD certificate in and exchange it for a Southern Bank certificate?
A:
No. You do not need to do anything. The account will automatically roll over and will serve as
your Southern Bank account record.
Q: If I currently receive a monthly or quarterly interest check or direct deposit into a Peoples Bank
of the Ozarks checking or savings account, will that continue to occur, uninterrupted?
A:
Yes. All interest payments that you receive will continue to be deposited into your account,
on the same day of the month or quarter as your Peoples Bank of the Ozarks account.
MONEY MARKET ACCOUNTS:
Q: Should I continue using my Peoples Bank of the Ozarks checks for my money market account?
A: Yes, your checks will still be valid. You may continue to use them in the same manner as you do currently.
LOANS: Q:
Will the rates, terms or maturity dates on my loans change?
A:
No. All of your loan accounts will remain unchanged.
Q:
Should I continue to use my loan payment coupon book?
A:
Yes. Continue to use your coupons. Your payment due dates will not change.

INTERNET BANKING:
Q:
Will my current internet banking change?
A:
You can continue using your internet banking as you always have until 4:00 p.m. on December 5, 2014.
Beginning December 5, 2014, through December 8, 2014, internet banking will be unavailable while we
merge your current internet banking to your new Southern Bank internet banking. Your user access ID
may change; if there is a need for a change you will be notified prior to merger date (December 5, 2014).
Please add www.bankwithsouthern.com to your favorites on your computer. You may access the Demo
version of internet banking by going to www.bankwithsouthern.com

Q. Will I still be able to use online iPay?
A.
You can continue to use online iPay at www.peoplesbanking.com until December 5, 2014. You will not be
able to access iPay at www.peoplesbanking.com after December 5, 2014. Unfortunately we will not be
able to merge your current bill pay history or payees. Please take time to print any information you want
to save prior to 4:00 p.m. on December 5, 2014. On Monday, December 8, 2014 you can re-enter your
payees on your online banking access at www.bankwithsouthern.com after you enroll in Billpay.
Q. Will I still be able to access my mobile banking app?
A.
Once internet banking is made unavailable on December 5, 2014 your mobile banking app
will no longer work. Please download the Southern Bank app (pictured on left) from the
Apple Store or Google Play Store. Once you have downloaded the app, please enroll in
mobile banking through your internet banking access with Southern Bank.
Q. Will I have mobile deposit service?
A.
Yes, once you have enrolled for mobile banking and downloaded the Southern Bank App, send an email
to [email protected] and ask for Mobile Deposit Capture.

No. The local branch phone numbers will remain the same.

Will I still have access to TeleBanking?
