Teams of five or so will run or walk through Conneaut Lake carrying torches toward the altar of Our Lady of Guadalupe at our church. Teams from around the county will be joining us in this celebration. Pledges collected by the teams will benefit three local charities that provide for those in our community that are struggling. The run begins around 2:30 PM at Fireman’s Beach and will be followed by a special Mass at 5:00 PM and a Mexican Fiesta after in the hall. (Our Parish Feast Day Celebration). This event can be done by runners and walkers, old and young, students and families. So, make up your team and register by calling Amanda Darke at 573-4621.
