Ryan Duncheon,
Catching Instructor
Ryan Duncheon was a catcher for the Redbirds
from 1997-2000. Duncheon is the only Illinois
State baseball player to earn three first-team All
-Missouri Valley Conference honors during his career.
Duncheon took his catching prowess on to the next level where
he played for the Boise Hawks in Major League Baseball. In
2010, Duncheon was inducted in to the Illinois State University
Athletics Hall of Fame.
Tina Kramos, Associate
Head Softball Coach
Tina Kramos is in her 15th season at Illinois
State after a successful softball career, both
as a player and coach. A two-time member
of the All-MVC first team highlighted her
success as a player for league member
Missouri State. After graduation, Kramos became as assistant coach at Colorado-Colorado Springs before moving to
Nicholls State. Her coaching experience brought her to the
Redbirds. Tina competed for Greece in the 2004 Olympics.
Megan Warner, Assistant
Softball Coach
Megan Warner joined the Redbird coaching
staff as the pitching coach and recruiting
coordinator in August. Warner is no stranger
to the Redbird softball program after a fouryear pitching career followed by a two-year stint as a graduate assistant manager. Warner understands success, because she had her own in the circle as a Redbird. She was
a four-year letter winner for Illinois State, a two-time AllMissouri Valley Conference selection and led the Redbirds
to three-straight NCAA Regional appearances, including
one Regional title game.
