A NOTE FROM RAY & TONY
With the holiday season rapidly approaching, it is easy
to get wrapped up in all of the things that we have to get
done and all the places we need to go. As we prepare for
our busiest time of year, it is important to take a moment
to reflect on what we are truly thankful for.
When we began renovations for Rastelli Market Fresh
Marlton in early 2014, we had a clear picture of how we
wanted the store to look and what we wanted to provide
to our guests. Though we hoped for it, what we couldn’t
imagine is the amazing response that we have gotten
from the community as a whole since the grand opening
this summer.
This year, we are so thankful for the successful launch
of our newest market. We are thankful for the incredible
reception we have enjoyed from everyone in Marlton and
the surrounding areas. Most of all, we are thankful for every single person who has come through our doors and
given us a chance to serve you.
As a way of showing our appreciation, we now offer
Rastelli Rewards; a program that provides you with an

FEATURED RECIPE
Cinnamon Smoked Ribeye
4 Black Angus Ribeye Steaks
1 cup Brewed Dark Roast Coffee
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
2 tsp. Coarse Ground Salt
1 tsp. Black Pepper
2 tsp. Minced Garlic
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Tenderize Ribeyes with a thick-prong fork. Pat each steak evenly with
cinnamon and cover with brewed coffee for 30 minutes. Set aside, but do not refrigerate (steaks
should be at room temperature when cooked).
Remove steaks from coffee. Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic. Heat a large saute pan to
medium-high heat. Sear both sides of each ribeye for 2 minutes. Remove from heat, place on oven
safe pan and place in oven to finish (8-10 minutes depending on desired doneness).
Serve steaks with an impolite pour of Cabernet Sauvignon.
WINE & SPIRITS PAIRING
Dry Aged Beef features a beautiful color, nuttiness, and depth of flavor
resulting from our time-honored pink Himalayan salt dry aging process.
Only superior grades of meat, with their evenly distributed marbling, can
hold up to the rigorous aging process; making this steak delicacy extremely
rare outside of high-end steakhouses and butcher shops.
As moisture is evaporated from our dry aged steaks, the concentrated flavor
intensifies and the meat naturally tenderizes for a taste unlike any other.
Only a truly special wine could pair with the complex flavors of dry aged
steak. The Joel Gott Cabernet Sauvignon features aromatics of roasted blue
fruit, sweet blackberry and cherry cola with hints of graham cracker and
vanilla. The wine enters with dark, concentrated fruit on the palate, velvety
tannins on the mid-palate, followed by a long, vibrant finish.

Hosting duties around the Thanksgiving holiday
