APARTMÁNY MEDVĚDÍN IN ŠPINDLERŮV MLÝN CROWNED WITH
SUCCESS IN PRESTIGIOUS PROPERTY COMPETITIONS
UBM Bohemia development company has gained this week a number of awards from
experts as well as from the general public for its Apartmány Medvědín project which
the company has completed this year in Špindlerův Mlýn in the immediate vicinity
of the lower station of the Medvědín skiing komplex chairlift. In the 4th edition
of the development competition “Realitní projekt roku 2014 – Real Estate Project of 2014“
the project was awarded the “Public Award“ and the “Professional Jury Award“ in Hradec
Králové region. In the 16th edition of “Best of Realty – Nejlepší z realit 2014“ competition,
which is considered to be the most prestigious in the branch in the Czech Republic,
the project was awarded the “Public Award“ – thus, it defeated all its 36 competing rivals
because it was given the most votes from the general public represented by the readers
of media partners of this competition.

commented the success of Apartmány Medvědín:

Apartmány Medvědín complex in distinctive architectural
style makes the most of the elements typical of the local
mountain environment. Total of 110 stylish one-room
to four-room apartments, located in three-storey buildings
with façades from larch and natural stone, provide beautiful
views of the Krkonoše mountains ridges and the nearby
Medvědín and Svatý Petr ski runs. The clients can choose
from the layouts of 1 to 4 rooms with kitchenettes, from
smaller ones with floor area of 37 m2 to the largest
apartments with floor area of 154 m2. Also a cellar stall for holding skis and sports equipment as
well as one parking spot in spacious basement garage, which is designed for entrance of cars
with roof boxes, are a matter of course. The ground-floor apartments have terraces with yards
available, while the others include balconies. The architectural design emphasizes mainly the
functionality of the interior as well as the high implemented standards. The apartments interiors
feature solid wooden floors with oak-coloured surfaces, veneered interior doors, larch windows
as well as the bathrooms with Laufen, Kaldewei and Hansgrohe sanitary ware. The implemented
standards include also a video phone and security device with movement sensors, glass
shattering and built-in magnets in the window frames. The main reception services contribute
to the comfort of the apartment users. Last but not least, also the landscaping on the whole
complex is exceptional, the dominant feature of which is a small lake, the sports facilities for ball
games and children playground. Currently, more than half of the apartments of the whole
complex have been already sold and handed over to their owners.
