What’s Happening!
Welcome: Please welcome the newest members
to our church: Tiffiny Anaya, Pete & Kristi Hartman,
Dennis & Charmaine McLaughlin, and Dustin &
Shelby Rinker. We are so blessed to have these
new families in our midst.
Israel Trip Informational Meeting: At this meeting,
we will have a guest speaker who has just
returned from Israel. We'll also discuss the itinerary
and trip insurance. The meeting is scheduled for
Friday, November 14th, at 7:00PM, in the Fellowship
Hall. We’ll see you there!
Operation Christmas Child (OCC): There's one
week left to fill your shoeboxes for the children
who will receive the blessing of these gifts! Please
return your shoeboxes by Sunday, November 16 th.
Thanksgiving Ministry: Help us provide
Thanksgiving meals for families in need. Pick up a
grocery bag in the lobby and fill it with purchased
items from the list provided. Please return the
items on November 16th or 23rd, at the north
entrance of the Kids First Building.
Keeping You Aware
Interested In Being Baptized? If you’ve received
Jesus Christ as your personal Savior and would like
to be baptized, there will be a brief informational
class in the Conference Room today, following
the 8:30 and 11:00 services, and in the Back Room
of the Youth First Building, following the 9:45
service. There will also be a class following the
Wednesday Encore Service, on Nov. 12th, in the
Conference Room.
Holiday Hours: In preparation for the Thanksgiving
Holiday, there will be no Encore Service, Mercy
Meal or other church activities on Wednesday,
November 26th. Please enjoy this time with your
family and join us for any of our three services
(8:30, 9:45 or 11:00AM) on Sunday, Nov. 30th.
2014 Ministry Banquet: We would like to honor all
of you who serve in ministry at Helena First. The
Ministry Banquet will be on Sunday, December 7 th,
from 6:00 - 8:00PM, in the Youth First Building.
Please come for a night of food, fellowship and
encouragement. Child care will be provided.
Prayer is available every Sunday from 9:00-9:30AM in the Back Room of the Youth First building
and on Wednesdays from 5:30-6:15PM in the Helena First Fellowship Hall.
