This module simplifies the process of managing requests from citizens, council, and internal staff from creation to resolution. The Building Permits capabilities of the Land Management solution automates and tracks the processing of permit applications, supports your approval workflow including orders, automatically calculates required fees, includes inspections scheduling and tracking, and regulatory reporting. The Mobile Inspections Thread supports the inspection process for both building permits and by-law enforcement in either a connected or disconnect mode on a tablet. All the information necessary to complete inspections and email the results is supported, including the ability to create a new inspection in the field and attach it to the relevant property.
