November is Diabetes Awareness Month!
Diabetes Awareness Month is an international celebration focused on raising awareness on all types of
diabetes, its signs and symptoms, and to gain support for the critical research toward preventing and
better treating all forms of the disease. In today’s society, most of us know someone affected by some
form of diabetes. In Canada, over nine million Canadians are living with diabetes or prediabetes. By

INGREDIENTS
Serves 2
125 ml Fruit d’Or Cranberry Juice
125 ml Bremner’s Pomegranate Blueberry Juice
60 ml Sambazon Acai Drink
2 tbsp lime juice
125 ml ginger soda
Ice cubes
Lime wedges
Berries to decorate
Directions:
Place 2 cocktail glasses in the freezer. In a shaker, mix juices and soda. Add ice and
mix until chilled. Pour in the 2 chilled glasses, then garnish with lime wedges and
berries, if desired.
