 Year 6, 7 & 8 (2015) Batting & Bowling Specialist Cricket Clinic
Open to students coming to Terrace in 2015
An invitation is extended for any student going into Yrs 6, 7 &8 in 2015 who are interested in cricket to
attend a Specialist Batting Clinic during the December School Holidays. The number of students able to
participate in the clinic will be capped at 50 and names will be accepted purely on a first in basis.

The clinic involves skill work on the technical aspects of the game and sessions will include a skills test
for both batting and fielding.
COST OF THE CLINIC: $70.00 per person.
WHEN:
Wednesday 3 December – Friday 5 December
6.45am – 9.00am
WHERE:
Victoria Park training facility – Gilchrist Ave, Herston
WHAT TO WEAR: Players should wear their College sports uniform/ training attire or club cricket
clothing for the 3 days. They should also bring a wide brimmed hat, water bottle, sunscreen, rubber
soled shoes and their own cricket equipment including protector (box).
TO REGISTER FOR THE CLINIC: – visit College Events on the Gregory Terrace Website and follow the
prompts for the appropriate clinics.
BAD WEATHER: In the event of bad weather please join and follow @TerraceCricket on Twitter.
Updates will be provided on a regular basis on Twitter and you will have all the information as soon as it
comes to hand.
If the weather is deemed too wet for play then the session will be cancelled and an alternate venue will
not be sort. Twitter will be continually updated so please keep a close eye on this each day or the day
before the scheduled start of an event.
