PARISH NEWS
PLANNED GIVING
Church of Our Lady began serving the community in 1888 and
remains today a strong symbol of faith. The continued support of
parishioners is a wonderful sign of your Stewardship and has never
been more important. Major repairs and restoration projects are
underway and very costly to fund. Please consider us as you
prepare or update your estate and financial plans. A modest gift by
way of bequest, insurance or tangible assets can make a substantial
difference to the future of our church. THE BUILDING FUND
finances current repairs and restorations work while THE
HERITAGE FUND ensures that the Church of Our Lady will be in a
position of financial security for future generations. For more
information contact our parish office at 519-824-3951.

otherwise we have no way of knowing you are in the hospital.
MARRIAGE TIP OF THE MONTH
At the Synod in Rome, which wrapped up its deliberations on
October 19th, Pope Francis and more than 200 delegates
discussed in details the challenges faced by families in the
world today. In their discussions they reminded us that we
are not alone, that God is with us as we journey. Taking this
message seriously can have a positive impact on your
married relationship-attending Mass as a couple, praying
together and even joining in parish events have proven
benefits in producing happier marriages. God is with us –
invite Him in and see how His presence will have a
constructive impact on your married life! (Family Ministry
Office 1-905-528-7988 ext. 2250).
