for yourself and your guests pertaining to trips, sports, etc. The
waivers should be filled out and in the office before taking the trip or
playing the sport.

EBAC Excursion Club - Annual NYC/Radio City Christmas
Spectacular
Our annual trip to New York City will be held on Saturday, December 6, 2014. Tickets
for Radio City Christmas Spectacular show/bus are $98 each. You can put your name
on the waiting list for 'bus only' tickets. Ticket limit is 5 tickets per EBAC member. The
EBAC off-site policy can be used to buy tickets for this trip!mailto:[email protected]
EBAC Excursion Club - "Holiday Inn" at Goodspeed offer
extended!
This show has been so popular, they have added 2 more weeks to the run! Start off
with dinner at the Gelston House, then take in "Holiday Inn" at Goodspeed! Price
includes dinner, coffee, tip and 'side orchestra' ticket to the show, all for only $75 each.
These 2 nights are available: Dec 12 & Dec 19. First call Ken Fontaine at 867-2161
for show availability, then order your tickets through the EBAC office! It's that easy!
EBAC Excursion Club - Discounted Tickets at Mohegan Sun
Check back often to see the updated list of shows being offered. Tickets will be left at
the Mohegan Sun 'will call' window on the night of the event. Remember, if your
discounted seats are in the upper level, you will not be able to be relocated to the lower
level. We have discounted tickets to these events at Mohegan Sun:
- Bingo After Dark on Saturday, November 15 at 10:00pm (doors at 9pm). Tickets are
$19 each (held in Uncas Ballroom). (Ages 21+ only)
- Kenny Rogers Christmas & More on Friday, December 19 at 8:00pm. Tickets are
$39 each for lower level seats.
- Naismith Men's Tournament (basketball) on Sunday, November 23 at 12:00pm &
2:30pm. Tickets are $16 $9 each (2 games) for lower level seats.
- Straight No Chaser on Saturday, November 29 at 8:00pm. Tickets are $34 each for
lower level seats.
- Women's Challenge (College basketball) on Sunday, November 30 at 11:00am.
Tickets are $12 $7 each (4 games) for lower level seats.
- Amy Schumer (comedy) on Wednesday, December 31 at 8:00pm. Tickets are $49
each for lower level seats.
- Reality Fighting on Saturday, January 3, 2015 at 7:00pm. Tickets are $34 each for
lower level seats.
- Dancing With the Stars on Friday, January 9, 2015 at 7:00pm. Tickets are $49 each
for lower level seats.
- Bowzer's Doo-Wop Party XIV on Sunday, January 18, 2015 at 3:00pm. Tickets are
$39 each for lower level seats.

EBAC Excursion Club - 2014-2015 Hartford Wolf Pack
vouchers are here!
We have discounted vouchers for the Wolf Pack! Vouchers are only $10 each (reg.
$20) for seats in the blue or yellow sections. Vouchers must be exchanged at the XL
Center box office. The season ends Friday, April 17, 2015. Remember, the EBAC offsite policy can be used to buy these! See flyer for more info.
EBAC Excursion Club - Jay Leno at the Bushnell
We have tickets for “the hardest working man in show business”: Jay Leno. The show
is Friday, May 1, 2015 at 8pm. Tickets are on sale now and are $47 each for mid
mezzanine seats. See flyer for more info.
EBAC Basketball
The 2014-15 EBAC Basketball season is scheduled to begin Nov 7, 2014 and run
through May 2015. Games are played on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

EBAC Archery Club
This the last archery shoot scheduled for the EBAC Archery Club in the 2014
tournament season. On Sunday November 9nd the EBAC Archery Club is holding our
last club activity for 2014 at Norwich Archery Club. A rain date will be scheduled on
November 16th at Highland Rod and Gun Club, if needed. Driving directions, including
GPS coordinates are available on the EBAC Archery Club website at the bottom of the
Schedule page. If you have any questions, or need additional information feel free to

EBAC Fall Challenge
The 2014 edition of the EBAC Fall Challenge is coming up quick. The date is set for
next weekend, Saturday November 8th at 10am. EBAC members, as always, save 10$
off of pre-registration by registering through the EBAC office if you are in Groton or if
you drop off your application with Rob Buttermore on the New London side.
Local Races
HEROES FOR SCHOLARSHIPS 5K and 1K race
5K Walk/Run and 1K children’s run – Saturday, November 1, 2014 - Ocean Beach Park
- $15 per child (under 18)/$30 (18 & up) pre-registration fee.
Register at www.newlondonrec.com or in office at 120 Broad Street; you can mail in the
attached form also.
Benefits: Proceeds will benefit the New London Recreation Scholarship fund which
helps fund sending kids to camp and providing swimming lessons to those who can’t
afford it. Encourages youth and adult fitness; if you have two generations participate in
either race you will be entered in the drawing for prizes. Prizes to the best “superhero”
adult and children’s costume. (Costume not required to run- only for prize) - Team
collaboration- get your co-workers involved! - Families can participate together
(maximum $60 per family)
Niantic Jingle Bell 5K
Fellow employee Paul Dagle wanted me to pass along a local 5K in support of the Brian
T. Dagle Memorial Foundation on Saturday December 13th. The mission of their
foundation (in his son's Brian's memory) is to provide Healing, Hope & Support Services
for members of the Southeastern CT community who have lost loved ones. Please
support this great cause if you can and participate. Thanks everyone!

EBAC Fall Challenge - November 8th - 17 days
EBAC Fishing Derby
We are in the seven day grace period, to accept entries for the October monthly
tournament. Currently a 5 pound 8 ounce Blackfish/Tautog is leading the monthly
tournament. Fall fishing is at its peak. Take advantage of the states fall stocking
programs with Trout and Salmon. The fall migration with Striped Bass and Bluefish has
begun. Great opportunities to get that derby fish of the year. For our monthly and
