Food and Beverage Terms & Conditions





Prices and menu items are subject to change.
7.25% Sales Tax will be added to your menu total.
21% Administrative Charge will be added to all food and beverage totals. This is prior to tax.
Menu selections need to be finalized eight weeks prior to the event date.
A confirmation of your guest count is required fourteen days prior to the event. This number cannot be reduced after the
fourteen day window has passed.
Service Staff



Staff rates are based on eight hours to include set-up and breakdown. These costs are included in your wedding package.
Events running longer than eight hours are subject to additional charges of $30.00 per hour per staff person.
A $250 Fee will apply if any Classic Fare Catering staff are requested to setup/ breakdown or dismantle any centerpieces
and/or property not belonging to Classic Fare Catering.
Deposit and Billing Schedule




Upon booking with Facility Rental, a non-refundable deposit of one thousand dollars must be paid to Classic Fare
Catering within thirty days.
Forty-Five days prior to your reception, a fifty- percent deposit of the estimated bill is required.
Payment in full is required seven business days prior to your reception based on your guaranteed number of guests.
Deposits or payments can be made with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Money Order or Cash.
In the unlikely event that you would cancel your wedding within Forty-Five days of the confirmed date, the fifty
percent deposit would be the cancellation fee and therefore non-refundable.

Additional rental items that we have in house are available at a fee. Votive candles are $2 each.
Please Note



Classic Fare Catering will not serve liquor to any person under 21 years of age and reserves the right to request
identification from any guest before serving an alcoholic beverage.
Classic Fare Catering also reserves the right to cease alcohol service to any person whom they believe is intoxicated.
When forecasted temperature is below 60 degrees, we will set all bars inside.
