Ventilställdon för analog styrning
Valve actuator for analogue control
MVT5 är ett ventilställdon för styrsignal 0...10V. Den kan ställas om
för att passa ett antal andra styrsignaler. Gångriktningen är omställbar. Den är avsedd för ventiler typ VST,VMT och VTT.
MVT5 har en kalibreringsfunktion som aktiveras vid spänningstillslag och därefter var tionde drifttimme. Den är därför inte lämplig för
applikationer där det finns risk för frysning om ventilen stänger.
MVT5 is a valve actuator for analogue 0...10V control. It can be
set to suit other control signals and for direct or reverse action.
It is intended for valves type VST,VMT och VTT.
MVT5 has a calibration function that is activated at power on and
thereafter every 10 working hours. It is therefore not suited for
applications where there is risk of freezing if the valve closes.
Monteringsläge
Mounting position
Ventilen skall monteras så att ställdonet hamnar med drivstången
inom 90° från lodlinjen med motorhuset överst. Tillse att det finns
tillräckligt utrymme för ställdonet ovanför ventilspindeln.
The valve should be mounted so that the actuator is positioned
with the drive rod within 90° from the vertical with the motor
housing highest. Ensure that there is adequate space above the
valve stem to allow mounting of the actuator.

Hopmontering av ventil och ställdon.
Vid hopmonteringen skall ställdonets drivstång vara i sitt mest
indragna läge, i jämnhöjd med markeringen på fästoket (fabriksinställning). Gänga fast ställdonets överfallsmutter på ventilhuset.
Använd bara handkraft.

Omkopplare
Bakom skyddslocket finns 8 omkopplare.
Omkopplare 1 styr gångriktningen, ON = Direkt verkan, spindeln går
ut vid ökande signal,OFF = Omvänd verkan, spindeln går ut vid
minskande signal.
De övriga används för att välja styrsignal enligt tabellen.
Vid leverans är MVT5 inställd för 0...10V signal med direkt verkan.

Teknisk hjälp
Mounting of the actuator on the valve
Make sure that the actuator drive rod is in it’s retracted position
in height with the notch on the bracket (factory setting). Fix the
actuator to the valve by screwing the locking nut onto the thread
on the valve bonnet. Hand tighten only.

White cable = Neutral.
Brown cable = 24 V ACSupply voltage.
Green cable = Control signal.
Switches
Behind the protective cover there are 8 DIP-switches.
Switch 1 ON = Direct action, the driverod extends on increasing
signal,
Switch 1 OFF = Reverse action, the driverod extends on
decreasing signal.
The other switches select the input signal according to the table.
MVT5 is factory set for 0...10 V direct action.
