Please ensure that your club makes it’s catering requirements directly with the host club prior to
the day and that players, caddies, and supporters are equipped to observe club dress rules if
required. Please note that host clubs reserve the right to charge for meals if you do not make
contact with them and/or adequate notice of cancellation is not given.
Team Captains should ensure that all players are familiar with the competition rules and general
conditions of play. The Rules have been forwarded to you.
Clubs MUST notify me of the result by way of a full match sheet as soon as possible after
the match and no later than 10.00am on the following Monday.
