Please ensure that your club makes firm catering arrangements directly with the host
club PRIOR to the day. You should be aware that host clubs reserve the right to charge for
meals if you do not make contact with them and/or adequate notice of cancellation is not given.
Please also ensure that players, caddies, and supporters are equipped to observe any club dress
code.
It is the responsibility of Team Captains to ensure all players are familiar with the competition
rules and general conditions of play, including any Local Rules imposed by the host club. The
competition rules have previously been forwarded to you.
Clubs MUST notify me of the result by way of a full match sheet as soon as possible after
the match and no later than 10.00am on the following Monday.
