Greetings Brothers!
The Zeta Upsilon Chapter is wicked excited to host the Section 94 & 96 Fall 2014 Conclave here at BU! What better way to showcase our love of service and Boston’s love of Dunkin with our theme, “APO Runs On Service!” It will be a great weekend of leadership, friendship & service! You will be able to do service in the city we love, connect with your fellow brothers, and explore all of Boston’s wonders while recharging with New England’s beloved coffee franchise. Early bird registration for conclave will be $35, which includes the conference and banquet fees. If registration is not paid by the early bird registration deadline of October 10th, it will be $45. After October 24th, registrations will be accepted but we cannot guarantee a conference souvenir, admission to the banquet, or tshirt. Breakfast and lunch will be on your own on Saturday. Feel free to visit our Student Union, which is home to Starbucks, Panda Express, Loose Leaf Salads, and Rhett’s Burger Shop, along with many other options that Boston has to offer. This registration packet includes all the information that you will need to register for the conference, directions to the Boston University campus, and information on sleeping arrangements and hotels. All up to date information will also be posted on our dedicated conclave website, http://buconclave.wix.com/conclave2014! Feel free to send any questions that you have to [email protected]. Get ready for a ride of a lifetime and make sure to wear your walking shoes! Submit your registration by October 10th to take advantage of the early bird registration cost. We can’t wait to share our love for service and our city with you!
