Information Tables at the 2014 Salt Lake County Watershed Symposium Each year we strive to have informational tables at the Salt Lake County Watershed Symposium that represent a broad diversity of agencies and organizations. Informational table space will be available Wednesday, November 19 & Thursday, November 20, 8:30-3:30pm, at the Utah Cultural Celebration Center in West Valley City. General Tabling Info: • All tabling staff must register for the Symposium o The event is free and lunch will be provided o Please register by Nov 14 at http://watershed.slco.org/symposium/index.html • We prefer that the information tables be staffed to answer questions, provide information etc., but unstaffed tables are welcome as well. • Tables should be set up by 8:00am on Wednesday (may be left setup overnight) and cleared by 3:45pm on Thursday. • The facility will provide one 6'x30" (skirted) table and two chairs for each table. • Please leave politics at the door. • Please advise if more space, access to power, or wall space is preferred.
