Clear Lake Shores

League City
 100-acre Pinnacle Park: Developer is looking for retail and upscale restaurants. A 72,000 SF Cabela’s will open there next year. Property is



next to Big League Dreams ballpark.
Marketplace at Ninety-Six on the League City Parkway at Hobbs Road, about one-half mile from the Gulf Freeway. The 38-acre project will be
grocery anchored with an additional 64,000 SF of retail establishments, and 66,000 SF of professional and medical office buildings.
The city’s Entertainment District along I-45 includes more than 25 acres on I-45’s east side. Quaker Steak & Lube and Jimmy Changa’s have
opened there. The district is between UTMB’s 65-acre development and Victory Lakes Town Center.

Nassau Bay

Pasadena
The city is seeking potential development partners for a 200-acre site adjacent to and surrounding the Pasadena Convention Center on Fairmont

based on concepts approved by Mickey Gilley.
Seabrook
