This price list is valid for one year. New price list will be normally be available in March each year.
Price adjustments may occur during the year on items not made by us.
Prices:
The prices are in Swedish Kronas (SEK) and including Swedish VAT/GST.
Customers resident outside EU pay 20% less (sweets -10,71%, books -5,66%) i.e. Tax free.
Payment:
All customers pay cash or in advance/prepayment.
With orders from abroad must intended way of payment be told.
Prepayment to our accounts can only be done after a confirmed order.
Payment within Sweden: Via Bankgiro 797-4132.

Split the information in a few different e-mails (internet-safety), send it via fax or give us a telephone call.
Delivery time/Transportation:
If we have the items ordered in stock, we normally deliver within a couple of weeks.
Within Sweden: The parcel is sent by Posten Företagspaket DPD 16:00 (Companies)or MyPack.
Abroad: Posten DPD or Postpaket Utrikes.
Contact us if you have other freight-alternatives or want the delivery extra fast.

The Handicraft:
The art of handicraft makes it quite normal that the decoration, colour combination and the form varies between the items. If you have
special requests, please let us know when you order.
Complaints and Damaged goods during transportation:
If we deliver wrong numbers or wrong item, we want you to immediately contact us, so we can correct our mistakes. In case anything is
damaged during transportation, we want you to immediately (=the same day) contact us and also directly show the boxes and damaged
goods for the representatives of the freight company, (USA= Air born-staff). All parcels sent are insured. (Exception: small goods delivered
as small parcel/letter).
Return-policy: We decide together with the customer how replacements should be handled. The damaged goods shall normally always be
returned to us in the cheapest way, uninsured, if not else is agreed upon. Return postage and eventual replacement delivery is without cost
for the customer.
Customer is responsible for packing items well before sending them back to us.
Personal data/registration information:
Grannas A Olsson Hemslöjd AB is responsible for the information concerning our customer given to us in confidence. This information
will be registred in order to keep our business relation. Do you want to change or erase the information from our computer files, we ask
you to write us a letter.
