COURSE FEES:
1.
Full Certificate fee:
 $690 per participant.
 $100 discount for the first 10 participants who register before Friday, 9 January 2015.
 $30 graduation fee payable upon successful completion of course.
2. Single topic:
 $50 per participant
3. 2D/1N Retreat (Compulsory)
REGISTRATION & PAYMENT DETAILS:
I. Registration is on a “first-come-first-served” basis.
II. Registration is subjected to only 20 vacancies per subject/module/entire certification course.
III. Confirmation of registration is subjected to full payment.
IV. There will be no refund whatsoever for withdrawals. Registration is however transferable but SU
Singapore must be notified 3 working days prior to the course commencement.
V. Payment by cash to be made at SU Singapore’s office during office hours from Monday to Friday,
9.00am – 5.00pm
VI. Payment by cheque to be made payable to “Scripture Union Singapore” and mailed together with
the completed registration form to SU Singapore’s office. Please see mailing address below.
VII. Payment by Internet banking or ATM transfer to DBS Autosave Account 033-005470-0.

COURSE INFORMATION:
a. Confirmation of attendance is subjected to receipt of registration form before the closing date (or
post-dated) with payment and issuance of official receipt, followed by email acknowledgement to
participant. Faxed forms or phone-bookings will not be guaranteed a place.
b. Please be punctual in order not to miss out on key teachings.
c. Relevant ministry resources will be sold during the training on a Cash basis only.
d. Scripture Union Singapore reserves the right to change the dates where necessary.
e. The following criteria must be fulfilled by every participant who is pursuing the full CPYM:
 Minimum 75% attendance and active participation in every module;
 Hands-on Practicum, which includes ministry at mission schools (2 hrs); churches (6 hrs);
Youth/Children Holiday Trek Programme during the Jun/Dec school holidays (4D/3N) and SU
Youth Leadership Camp in end November (3D/2N).
Note: SU will comply with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) in collection, use and disclosure
of individual’s personal data.

2.1 Subscription and Order of Resources
In order to process your subscription and other book order as well as respond to your enquiries
promptly, we may need your personal information such as name, address, telephone number and
email address.
2.2 Registration with SU Seminars, Training, Events and Camps
When you register for courses, seminars, workshops, camps or events organised or co-organised by
SU, we may need or collect your personal information such as your name, address, telephone number
and email address so that we could follow up with you and update you promptly and inform you of
future events that may interest you.
2.3 SU Donors
When SU receives support through your donation, we may need or collect your personal information
such as your name, address, email address and telephone number, bank account number and cheque
number where applicable so that we could send you our acknowledgement receipt or contact you for
any clarification pertaining to the donations.
2.4 Information collected on website
We may collect information such as your name, email address, telephone number when you fill up
our online ‘Contact Us’ form, so that we could respond to your enquiries promptly.
2.5 Walk-in customers
We may collect information such as your name, email address, telephone number when you visit our
SU Resource Room to purchase our products or enquire our services so that we could inform you of
our latest promotions.
2.6 Photographs and audio/video recordings
Through your participation and involvement in SU-related events, your photographs and audio/video
recordings may be collected.
3. How we use and disclose your personal information
Once you have given us your personal information, you are not anonymous to us. We may use your
personal information to contact you for our promotions and launch of courses, seminars, workshops,
camps and events from time to time. This may include mail, email and text messages. We are
committed to send you only text messages that pertain to the courses, seminars, workshops, camps or
events which you have signed up with us.
Photographs and audio/video recordings during SU events may be used for internal and external
advertisement purposes in mediums such as printed newsletter, brochures, flyers, posters, banners,
calendars, electronic publications, websites and social media platforms.
We may also disclose your personal information to churches, organisations and education institutions
who engage SU services as well as 3rd party agencies such as insurance companies where applicable.
