After meeting your guide and being shown how to use your trek bike, this pleasant cycling tour around Philipsburg, the capital of Dutch Sint Maarten, begins
at Pointe Blanche a vantage point providing gorgeous views of the surrounding area and then takes you down to the seafront Boardwalk and into the city.
The historical Pasanggrahan Royal Guesthouse, the oldest inn in Sint Maarten, is your first stop on the route. This wonderful old beachfront guesthouse
started life as a chicken farm, then progressed to governors residence and later even accommodated the Dutch royal family on visits to Sint Maarten. Next
up is Captain Hodge Wharf, which forms the centre of this bustling and colourful town and was the original fishing and shipping venue in the early 1900s.
After a short walk to see the late 18th-century Philipsburg Courthouse, you will get back on your bike and continue down the Boardwalk, then turn into Back
Street and pass the oldest and most picturesque of Philipsburgs traditional cottages. A climb up Little Bay Hill to the lookout point then follows, where you
will be rewarded with incredible views of the town. A second short climb will then take you the early 17th-century Fort Amsterdam for a glimpse of Sint
Maartens rich history and wonderful views of Philipsburg and the cruise ship terminal. Please note: Please wear closed walking shoes and take

FUN ESCAPADE ON RHINO RIDERS (APPROX. 3 HOURS) - SMT50
With a name as evocative as Rhino Riders, you could be excused for thinking of people cantering on large, horned animals that live in Africa. But youd be
wrong. Designed to deliver bags of fun on the water, the two-man Rhino Riders are actually zippy little inflatable motorboats, which are yours to command
for a couple of hours. After receiving basic instructions from the staff at the Rhino Riders base on the shores of Simpson Bay lagoon and acquainting
yourself with the boats, you can head off on what could well be the ride of your life. A guide will safely navigate you through the hundreds of moored boats
before exiting the lagoon. As you travel through the water, you can enjoy views of the historical Fort Louis that overlooks the bay before following the
picturesque coastline to Happy Bay, your final destination. This is an ideal spot to sunbathe, go for a walk, swim, snorkel or even build sandcastles the

Give yourself a taste of hog heaven on this Harley Davidson motorcycle tour through both the Dutch and French sides of Saint Martin island. A short coach
ride will first take you through Philipsburg, the capital of Dutch Sint Maarten, to arrive at the staging area to pick up your hog and helmet as well as
complete the requisite paperwork. Once you have been briefed, your guide will head the convoy as you ride around the island. On the way, you will not only
pass the 18th-century Fort Louis, which was built to protect Marigot the capital of French Saint Martin from the British, but also get to see much of the

two nations: the French Saint Martin in the north and the Dutch Sint Maarten in the south. This all-round orientation tour will let you discover how French and
Dutch influences have shaped the island, which has become an extremely popular holiday destination. To begin with, you will travel through the Dutch side
and the capital of Philipsburg, which was founded by John Philips, a Scottish captain in the Dutch Navy, in 1763. You will then continue on up through the
hilly interior of the island to Marigot, the capital of French Saint Martin. You will have some time to explore Marigots picturesque streets as well as enjoy the

The coastal waters and coral reefs around the Caribbean island of Saint Martin support a hub of spectacular marine wildlife, which this tour in an
underwater observatory gives you a chance to experience but without even having to get your feet wet. After leaving the port, the tour begins with a scenic
drive through the hilly interior of the island to reach the seaside resort of Grand Case in the French half. You will then board a semi-submarine, a clever

will take you past Great Salt Pond, a beautiful lagoon that served to make Philipsburg literally worth its salt and attracted the French in days gone by, and
the monument that commemorates the border between the islands two nations, one that changed many times in the years from 1648 to 1816. An approx.
1-5-hour stop will be made at Orient Beach in the French Saint Martin, time enough to enjoy the surroundings while sipping a welcoming drink in your

An exciting kayaking experience awaits you on this half-day tour, which begins at the pristine Kim Sha Beach one of the most popular on the island for an
initial demonstration of paddling techniques. You will then kayak through Simpson Bay Lagoon to reach a small beach at the Pelican Resort for a

the mountainous interior of the Dominican Republic, the River Chavón, which incidentally provided the setting for the 1979 blockbuster film Apocalypse

MARAVILLAS CAVE & SAN PEDRO (4.5 HRS) - LRM09
After leaving the port, an air-conditioned coach will first take you on a pleasant 30-minute drive to the Cueva de las Maravillas - the Cave of Miracles which
is situated roughly midway between the seaside resorts of La Romana and San Pedro de Macoris. A happy coincidence saw a group of boy scouts (re)discover the caves in 1926, since when much development work has made a significant portion of the much larger cave complex accessible to the public.
The caves are not only home to stalactites and stalagmites as well as a crystal-clear underground pool, but also and perhaps most importantly to a large
number of ancient and almost perfectly preserved rock paintings left by the islands native Taíno people. Neither photography nor videoing is permitted in
the caves. The next leg will see you re-board the coach and head to the Cigar Factory, an internationally renowned manufacturer that is famous for its
exquisite hand-rolled cigars. Prepare to be amazed at the deftness and lightning speed with which the factory workers roll these cigars. Then its on to the
lovely seaside town of San Pedro de Macoris, which was founded in the early 19th century by European immigrants and then boomed in the early 20th
century when the price of sugar soared on the market. During the 30-minute drive back to the port, a stop will be made for you to do some shopping.

The manifold charms of Tortola will reveal themselves on this island tour as you travel in comfort on a modern touring minibus, which will first take you along
the southern coastal road from Road Town towards the islands eastern tip. On arrival in East End, the site of the first settlement on Tortola, the minibus will
then begin its ascent into the hills. To capture the many stunning views of the sea and adjacent islands, several photo stops will be made on your way to
Skyworld, the highest point on the island that still permits vehicle access. You can then enjoy a refreshing complimentary drink, browse in the small souvenir

For an authentic taste of Martinique, step off the ship, board a coach and travel through the rainforest to one of the islands best rum distilleries. On the way,
a stop will be made at Balata Church, an exact miniature replica of the Basilica of the Sacred Heart in Paris that affords a spectacular view of Fort-deFrance and the bay. A visit to the Depaz rum distillery will not only give you a chance to learn a little about the process of making rum, but also let you
sample the special rhum agricole, which is distilled only in Martinique and is made using freshly squeezed sugarcane juice rather than the conventional
molasses. A 10-minute drive from the distillery will take you St. Pierre, the former cultural capital of Martinique that was tragically destroyed in a major

Scramble up the suspension bridge past eagles claw, zip through the canopy from tree to tree, leap from the platform onto Tarantulas nest, then rappel
down to terra firma to find your land legs again. The brand new Adrena-line zip line tour is not for the faint of heart. The exciting new tour starts innocuously
