Step back in time with this Circa 1870 Farm House Auction. Just shy of their 74 wedding anniversary, Ralph & Guilda Mills
both passed away in 2000, both at the age of 99. The Mills were long time residents of the Springboro Area of Warren County
and remembered for their work at Springboro Schools, the Grange, Springboro Methodist Church and Springboro Historical
Society. Their old farm house has sat closed up for 14 years and the Mills-Brunk Heirs are ready to liquidate the home & barns
of 4-5 Generations of Antiques, Collectibles, Glassware, large selection of Fossils & Indian Artifacts, Books, and Antique
Tools & Older Farm Implements that includes items from the Wm. Pence & Powel Crosley families. For the home renovator,
