The Rule Book – A Beginner’s Guide
These rules were representative of a personal relationship I had. These are not laws for your own
relationship and, with written permission, may be changed to fit your relationship. These rules were
helpful because they let each of us know where we stood, what was to be expected, and what the
consequences were for undesirable behaviors.
The rules are in three stages.
1. The beginner rules are simple, clear, and allow the flexibility to adjust and add things as needed.
2. Second, the advanced rules to give the cuckold more direction and structure based on what is
learned while in “the honeymoon phase” of the relationship design.
3. Finally, expert rules are established once the Triad is formed. They vary slightly from the second
set of rules. These rules should be updated as needed, based on the growth of the Triad.
You may customize them to suit your needs, but they may not be copied in full without my express written
permission. Please write for permission to copy or use any or all of the content found here.
Common Sense Caution: These rules were safe, sane, and consensual for my Triad. Use caution when
establishing your own set of rules for any relationship involving kink.
And remember, no matter how you choose to rule your relationship, be sure the rules are clear!
Rule:

Beginner Rules
1. She makes the rules.
2. He follows the rules.
3. We are having fun.
Advanced Rules
1.
A typical relationship will be maintained in the eyes of outsiders, by both
the cuck and Cuckoldress. The relationship shall be based on openness, trust and respect of each
other, sharing of interests and values, and sharing of household responsibilities.
2. Cuckoldress may have sexual relations with any and all partners of her choosing, with or without
the presence of the cuck. All such sexual activities shall be performed discretely to ensure no
damage is done to either party's career, social relationships, and family relationships. Safe sex
(condoms or birth control and regular documented medical testing) shall be employed at all
times, unless otherwise deemed appropriate by the Cuckoldress.

3. The cuck shall remain completely faithful to the Cuckoldress, with no attempts to initiate sexual
activities with others.
4. The cuck shall enthusiastically provide sexual services, oral and otherwise, to the Cuckoldress at
any time and any method of her choosing. The cuck shall never resist sexual advances of the
Cuckoldress.
5. The cuck shall normally be allowed sexual release once a month. The Cuckoldress may allow extra
releases if she desires, and may withhold releases as punishment should the cuck not live up to
this agreement. All releases shall be in a manner determined by the Cuckoldress. Sexual releases
may be controlled with a chastity device if desired by the Cuckoldress.
6. The cuck shall, if the Cuckoldress wishes, dress in a manner deemed appropriate to his state, as
long as the necessary discretion is maintained. This may include nudity or articles of clothing
generally considered female attire. The cuck shall keep his penis and balls free from hair and
clean. The cuck shall clean out his rectum regularly with warm water enemas.
7. As directed by the Cuckoldress, the cuck shall give sexual services for others, to include women
and men. The cuck shall practice anal training, as per the Cuckoldress’ instructions, without fail,
to keep his body ready to be penetrated with minimal risk for pain or damage.
8. The cuck shall develop a taste for cum, enthusiastically cleaning up all cum with his mouth, his
and others’, wherever deposited, as directed by the Cuckoldress. The cuck shall thank the
Cuckoldress and any sexual partners involved afterward.
9. The cuck shall be gracious and friendly with sexual partners of the Cuckoldress, making them feel
comfortable so they can perform optimally.
10. The Cuckoldress and other persons of her choosing may elect to ridicule and humiliate the cuck
due to his status, inadequacies, and attire. This may occur in private as well as public settings, as
long as the required discretion is maintained. The cuck shall accept such treatment graciously.
11. The cuck shall help the Cuckoldress in finding suitable sexual partners if she desires.
12. For safety reasons the Cuckoldress shall always let the cuck know of her activities and
whereabouts, if somewhere other than her home, when engaging in such activities.
13. The cuck shall help the Cuckoldress as desired when preparing for dates, and shall comply with
reasonable (not interfering with prior commitments) pampering and transportation requests.
14. The presence of other persons, excepting family, coworkers, and "vanilla" social acquaintances,
does not change any of the other rules.
15. Both the Cuckoldress and cuck agree that her sexual activities shall be just sex. Emotional bonds,
beyond casual comfort, with sex partners shall be avoided. Should the Cuckoldress feel herself
becoming emotionally attached to any of her sexual partners she shall take the necessary steps to
avoid damage to the Cuckoldress/cuck relationship. Should the cuck feel uneasy about any of the
Cuckoldress' outside relationships, he shall be honest and open with the Cuckoldress about his
feelings. However, all determinations about maintenance of such relationships shall be made by
the Cuckoldress.
Punishment:
Should the cuck fail to perform to this agreement, willingly and to the Cuckoldress'
satisfaction, punishment may be administered as deemed fit. Punishment may consist of orgasm denial
extensions for a period deemed fit by the Cuckoldress, enforced by a chastity device. Punishment may
also consist of corporal punishment including, but limited to: over the knee spankings, slapping, paddling

using The Enforcer, etc. as long as no visible marks are left or permanent damage done. During
administration of such corporal punishment, safe words shall be used.
Addendum:
The Cuckoldress has the right to add to or change any part of this agreement for the betterment of the
Cuckoldress/cuck relationship or to improve the cuck’s behavior or to enhance the intimacy between the
Cuckoldress and the cuck.

Rules for Basic Relationship, Conditioning, & Rebonding Time:

Both Cuck and Cuckoldress shall maintain a typical/vanilla relationship in the eyes of outsiders.
The relationship shall be based on openness, trust, integrity, and respect of each other, sharing of

Cuck shall remain completely faithful to Cuckoldress, with no attempts to initiate sexual activities
with others. Flirting shall constitute intent to make a sexual advance. Cuck shall politely, but
expressly, decline all advances made by women. Cuck shall inform Cuckoldress of any particularly
difficult encounters.
For safety reasons, Cuckoldress shall always let Cuck know of her activities and whereabouts, if
somewhere other than her home, when intending to meet, go out with, or play with a new
Lover. (This rule is no longer applicable.)
The presence of other persons, except family, coworkers, and "vanilla" social acquaintances, does
not change any of the other rules.
If Cuckoldress wishes, Cuck shall participate in the following conditioning exercises:
1. Dress in a manner deemed appropriate to his state, as long as the necessary discretion is
maintained. This may include nudity or articles of clothing generally considered female
attire.
2. Cuck shall keep his penis and balls free from hair and clean at all times.
3. Cuck shall clean out his bowels regularly with plain, warm water enemas.
Both Cuckoldress and Cuck agree that her sexual activities with a Lover shall be just sex.
Cuckoldress shall avoid becoming emotionally attached to any Lover, beyond that which is
appropriate for a healthy and fun sexual experience for all parties, to avoid damaging the
Cuckoldress/Cuck relationship. Should Cuck feel uneasy regarding any of Cuckoldress' outside
relationships, he shall be honest and open with Cuckoldress regarding his feelings. However,
Cuckoldress shall make all determinations regarding maintenance of such relationships.
Cuckoldress may associate with a Lover on a deeply platonic level to develop the CuckoldressLover bond further, but romantic dates, including PDA (public displays of affection) are beyond
the scope of what Cuckoldress and Cuck deem “reasonable” for this relationship at this time.
Cuck and Cuckoldress, to show verbal acknowledgement of each person’s role in front of vanilla
company, may use the term “Beloved” equally.
The terms “Sweetheart” and “Babe” shall be used when Cuckoldress is feeling emotionally
vulnerable and during rebonding time after time spent with a Lover, whether as a couple or
separately.

10. Whenever reasonable and with regularity, Cuck shall ensure Cuckoldress is aware of her value to
him both as his Cuckoldress and as his Sweetheart. Cuckoldress shall do the same for Cuck to
further reinforce the Cuckoldress-Cuck bond.

Cuckoldress may have sexual relations with any, and all, partners of her choosing, with or without

All sexual activities between Cuckoldress and Lover, or Cuckoldress, Lover, and Cuck, or Lover
and Cuck, shall be performed discretely to ensure no damage is done to either party's career,
social relationships, and family relationships. Safer sex (condoms or birth control and regular
documented medical testing) shall be employed at all times, unless otherwise deemed appropriate
by Cuckoldress.
Fluid-bonding with Lover will be acceptable, encouraged, and expected once all involved parties
have presented a clean bill of health from a reputable medical professional and it has been proven
that no one will be putting another member of the Triad at risk of infection. (Added 17JAN13.)
Cuck shall be allowed a minimum of one sexual orgasm per month. Cuckoldress may allow extra
orgasms if she desires, and may withhold orgasms as punishment should Cuck not live up to this
agreement (see Punishment). All orgasms shall be achieved in a manner determined by
Cuckoldress.
Orgasms shall be controlled with the aid of a chastity device of Cuckoldress’ choosing.
Cuck is responsible for maintaining personal hygiene, and alerting Cuckoldress to any health
concerns, while caged.
Cuck shall be permitted non-orgasmic, ejaculatory release through prostate massage either by
Cuckoldress or by Cuck, according to Cuckoldress’ desires.
As directed by Cuckoldress, Cuck shall provide sexual services for others, to include women and
men.
Cuck shall practice anal training, per Cuckoldress’ instructions, without fail, to keep his body
ready to be penetrated with minimal risk for pain or damage (see Training).
Cuck shall develop a taste for cum, enthusiastically cleaning up all cum with his mouth, his and
others’, wherever deposited, as directed by Cuckoldress. Cuck shall thank Cuckoldress and any
sexual partners involved afterward for the gift of all cum received.
Cuckoldress shall go on a first date with a Lover, with no intent for sexual play, without Cuck. The
second date shall be with no intent to play and shall include Cuck for a meet and greet with the
Lover. The third date shall be for Cuckoldress and her Lover to become familiar sexually without
Cuck. Any play dates scheduled beyond the third date shall involve Cuck as Cuckoldress’
discretion. Romantic PDA between anyone other than Cuckoldress and Cuck is beyond the scope
of what Cuckoldress and Cuck deem “reasonable” for this relationship. A brief, friendly hug or
kiss on the cheek as a form of greeting or parting is not considered romantic PDA. (Updated to
reflect the change in status from Cuckoldress-Cuck relationship to Cuckoldress-Cuck-Lover
Triad.)
Cuck shall be gracious and friendly with sexual partners of Cuckoldress, making them feel

14. Cuckoldress and other persons of her choosing may elect to ridicule and humiliate Cuck due to his
status, inadequacies, and attire. This shall occur in private as well as public settings, as long as the
required discretion is maintained. Cuck shall accept such treatment graciously.
15. Cuck shall assist Cuckoldress in finding suitable Lovers if she desires. Cuckoldress may openly
flirt with and touch a Lover during any dates in which it is the intent of Cuckoldress and Cuck to
seduce a Lover for Cuckoldress, whether for the night or for longer. (The first part of this rule has
been eliminated at the closing of the Triad.)
16. A Lover shall be made aware of any rules regarding play with Cuck prior to the first play date
involving Cuck. Cuck is to trust that Cuckoldress shall educate a Lover prior to play dates and
shall not pester her for confirmation of this fact with each new date or each new Lover. (This rule
has been eliminated since the Cuckoldress has a steady Lover and Cuck knows Lover is aware and
respectful of the rules set in place regarding play with Cuck, as well as the overall rules for the
Triad.)
Rules for Domestic Service:
1.
After greeting Cuckoldress properly, Cuck shall carry all luggage and parcels in from Cuckoldress’
car during her visits to his home.
2. Cuck shall be responsible for cleaning, maintaining, replacing, and preparing all toys, tools, and
implements used for training, sexual play, and punishment.
3. Cuck shall be responsible for ensuring Cuckoldress’ basic needs are met while in her company, to
include personal comfort, nourishment, and pampering.
4. Cuck shall be responsible for preparing Cuckoldress’ shower or bath at the mention of her desire
to have either.
5. Cuck shall assist Cuckoldress as desired when preparing for dates, and shall comply with
reasonable (not interfering with prior commitments) pampering and transportation requests.
Rules for Training & Integrity:

When away on a business trip, or otherwise unavailable to see Cuckoldress in person, Cuck must
send verification photo (including locked cage, sealed envelope with emergency key, and date
stamp) every other day to ensure integrity of chastity device and emergency key.
Until completed, Cuck must perform anal dilator training once every three days via webcam when
away on a business trip for longer than three days.
Until completed, Cuck must perform anal dilator training a minimum of once daily when home,
with the goal being that Cuck shall be able to retain the dilator for no less than 60 minutes before
advancing to the next size.
Cuck shall sleep with medium anal plug in him every night once he reaches a comfort level of 30
minutes with dilator #5.
Cuck shall sleep with large anal plug in him, as Cuckoldress requires, once Cuck reaches a comfort
level of 60 minutes with dilator #5 or Cuck has successfully accepted anal penetration from a
Lover with a larger endowment than dilator #5.
Cuck shall perform oral training daily to practice cock-sucking skills. Cuck shall perform deep
throat training every three days.

Rules for Punishment & Safe Word:
1.
Should Cuck fail to perform to this agreement, willingly and to the satisfaction of Cuckoldress,
punishment may be administered as deemed fitting by Cuckoldress.
2. Punishment may consist of orgasm denial extensions for a period deemed fit by Cuckoldress,
enforced by the application of a chastity device.
3. Punishment may also consist of corporal punishment including, but limited to, over the knee
spankings, slapping, paddling using The Enforcer, use of a zipper, flogging, hair pulling, face
slapping, nipple torture, CBT, forced anal, forced oral, enema retention, etc. as long as no visible
marks are left or permanent damage done.
4. During administration of corporal punishment, the safe word "Mercy" shall be used.
Addendum:
