Monday Nov 24 7:00 P.M. “Josiah Belden: A Native Son’s Life of Adventure and Accomplishment.” Barbara Grotheer will present the story of Josiah Belden, for whom the Library is named. Born in Cromwell, he was a true Western pioneer, a member of the first wagon train of families headed for California. In 1888, he provided funds to help start the newlyformed Cromwell Library.
