The PHILIPS ‘TL-5 HO EXTRA’ lamps can provide extended lamp life and improved
lumen maintenance for the HILUX range.
Fitted as an optional extra (specify with /PX suffix) they allow for recommended
lifetimes of 45,000 hours and a lumen maintenance of 90% at 30,000 hours.
They are ideal for sport halls, warehouses, supermarkets and public areas.

The HILUX range is fitted as standard with a TRIDONIC ECG electronic ballast.
The TRIDONIC range offers the ultimate in reliability and performance.
The pre-heat start ensures an optimum life on either standard or long-life T5
lamps, furthermore the additional auto-shutdown feature and 5 year standard
warranty mean that HILUX installations are amongst the most reliable,
long-term lighting solutions available on the market.

Tamlite’s carbon reduction lighting solution was embraced by Nisa Distribution
when we demonstrated a greatly reduced electricity consumption level.
The 400W metal halide high bay which previously illuminated their premises
has quickly been changed to the much more energy efficient Tamlite HILUX
luminaire range. Combined with Vision lighting controls, the HILUX range
offers energy reduction without compromising illumination levels.

ENERGY
The RELUX suite of design software gives unprecedented access to a wide range of
simple yet highly effective design facilities.
The latest version provides access to the full range of photometric data for Tamlite
Lighting products as well as enhanced presentation features.
Energy consumption calculations to EN15193,
DIN18599 and SIA 380/4 can now be done with
the introduction of RELUX energy.
The new RELUX suite also allows the import of .dxf or .dwg files into the programme
thereby saving time and ensuring highly accurate design parameters are used.
